I didn’t have room to write the colors on the pic, so if you’re not sure of one, just ask and I’ll tell you. ^^

Basics

Name: Zullian (Zoo-lee-in)
Age: 195 out of 200 Irken years (He’s supposed to live until he’s 215)
Height: 3ft, 10 inches (totally made that up just now. He is very short though)
Rank: Commander
Dialect: Zullian has a growly old guy’s voice with a light Southern accent. He frequently uses improper grammar. The only thing he and other OCs of mine won’t do is use profanity. Please respect that.
Likes: Naps, talking (a LOT), his family, Smeets, commanding, anything to make him feel young again…
Dislikes: Snarky teens, hippies, outright rudeness, disrespect toward females, people telling him to retire already…

Weapons and Gear

Hearing Implement: Zullian can’t hear as well as he used to so he has to wear this device. It functions by sending sound waves directly into his brain through electric impulses. It’s powered by P.A.K. energy. It also serves as a communication device for quick communications to the General or other Commanders that have similar devices.

Goggles: When his eye-sight began to go, Zullian donned these goggles. They enhance his vision, but they don’t do anything other than that. They’re basically just really durable glasses. He almost never takes them off except to rub his eyes. He likes to be ready for anything at any time so they usually stay on when he’s sleeping too. However, he still has trouble seeing in the dark with or without them.

Cane: While he has a limp when he walks, it’s actually unknown whether he really needs the cane or not. Some think it’s just for show, but its main use is for thwacking people on the head when they’re being less than intelligent. When someone’s been hit with it once, they usually don’t need telling twice. He doesn’t like it when other people touch and/or try to take it from him.

Pistol: The laser has two settings: short and long range. The latter takes a bit longer to charge up and has a more powerful blast. The default is short-range, and to get to the other mode, the green button on top has to be pressed.

Cutting Blade: Just your basic survival knife. It is able to pierce through skin though. He keeps it inside his right boot.

[Those vitamins aren’t essential to his well-being. They, like the trail mix, are good for that extra boost.]

History

Zullian grew up in a rural section of Irk as a Smeet. He was raised on a farm with woods nearby, which he played in any chance he got. This was when the population and technological advancements of Irk weren’t nearly as evident as they are now. Still, the military aspect was just as prominent as ever, and Zullian was determined to join as soon as he was able. He was drafted at 17 before he could officially sign up, and before he could marry his first love. When he returned from the war, she’d already moved on to someone else. Though hurt and confused, he moved on himself and continued to serve the Irken Empire. He eventually found a new love who became his first wife. In his lifetime, he’s had a total of three, but there may have been four depending on how much he recalls at the time of telling the infamous story. Whether he had three or four, his family is huge anyway. He has more grandkids than he can count, most of which are girls. Thus, he has a soft spot for females, and if he’s caught staring at one, it’s very likely that he’s studying her to see if she could be one of his granddaughters. He’s made a hobby of trying to set them up with decent guys. As for himself, he’s currently with no one.

After serving the military as a basic foot soldier for ten or so years, Zullian became a Commander, and was so good at leading that it wasn’t long before he was made General. Irk won many battles because of him and continued to during his time in that rank. After several decades of being General, Zullian stepped down from that position and went back to being a Commander. He believed that someone else should get a chance at it, and he hated how much time he lost with his family as a General. He’d also sustained an injury in his leg during a battle and it slowed him down considerably. Whenever he goes to battle now, he and his squad take the sector farthest from the frontlines…not that Zullian wouldn’t jump to the front on a moment’s notice. While he’s normally peaceful and even friendly in nature, he takes on a battle personality when he’s fighting. He prefers honor in battle regardless. He does tend to forget things like what he’s just said or where he’s going, but is more alert than he lets on. In other words, being old doesn’t stop him…well, the way he sees it anyway. He has a lot of fight in him left, but he is definitely not the young foot soldier he once was.
